1. Who we are
Koreamix operates a marketplace connecting Korean brands with creators in the United States.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
3. Creator obligations
Creators must disclose every gifted or paid post as required by the FTC and deliver content as agreed in each campaign.
4. Brand obligations
Brands must ship products as promised, provide accurate product information, and comply with U.S. law.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees are shown before a campaign is purchased.
6. Content and usage rights
Usage rights for creator content are defined per campaign and accepted by the creator before they start.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the community.
